Making love or love making, as we like to call it, is truly a miracle which God has placed in the union to indicate how good He is, and the bliss is to be enjoyed in a marriage ordained by God (Hebrews 13:4; 1 Corinthians 7:1-5), between a man and a woman. It is one of those things in life that many people take for granted. In Chapter 3, let us call it sex for now. For the simple reason that we can get it anywhere and at any time, it can be bought any time of day or night, some cheat to get more of it; others lie to get it. It is the most sought after commodity sold in the world today.

The Significance of Sex in Marriage

Believe me, it is so blissful! It is called a miracle for the following reasons:

• The most important benefit is procreation, which is producing offsprings. Enjoy this beautiful time together, experiencing one another, experiencing one another while creating a person that is from God to you two, a person that God is trusting you to show the way to “True Love” in the earth.
• Sex is a gift from God’s goodness and Love toward you. 
• Genesis 1:26-28; Proverbs 5:15-19; 1Corinthians 7:1-6; Hebrews 13:4
• It consummates marriage legally and spiritually. 

Stress

• It is known to decrease stress levels, which can cause you to have less arguments or fights with your beloved for no reason.
• Without stress, you can both relax and enjoy life together.
• When stress is not present, the two of you will enjoy wonderful nights sleeping together.

Health

• It lowers your chances of getting prostate cancer.
• It also takes away pain from the body and headaches. It is much better to have sex than to take a pain pill. Think about it!
• Believe it or not, it lowers the risk of heart attacks. 
• It also counts as the daily exercise that we all need to keep our bodies in shape and God’s temples healthy.
• Research at Baylor University Medical School reports that blood pressure is lowered by sexual activity.
• Sex improves bladder control in women.
• It helps your immune system stay at the top of the charts, leaving you feeling good. It eliminates frequent sick days.
• One of the most important benefits is that the more you engage in sex, the better you feel.
• Sex improves your mental health.
• Keeps your skin healthy and beautiful.

Factually, the benefits are remarkable, and above all, the most important and necessary reason for it is that we have procreated billions and billions of people. It is by this act of sexual intercourse that we share our lives, produce life, populate and develop this place called Earth, by which we experience the phenomenon called life.

Love Making (Sexual Intercourse) is a Miracle

The numerous benefits listed above, including procreation and blissful enjoyment, draws the conclusion that sexual intercourse and love making are miracles which God has given to men and women so they may be fruitful upon the earth, all beginning with one male seed placed int he women strategically though blissful love making.

Wow! Wouldn’t you agree with me that blissful sex is a miracle? Consider all the benefits listed above.

The blissful feeling during the act is so wonderful because it is a wonderful gift given to humans by God to demonstrate his great love and goodness (Genesis 2:20-25; Proverbs 5:15-19; Song of Solomon 3).

When we have such a wonderful gift, we are supposed to cherish and appreciate it, to honor and love deeply, to take good care of it, and show our appreciation to God our Father, the Creator and Giver of good and perfect gifts (James 1:17; 1 Thessalonians 5:18).
